Please be advised we have experienced random delays with USPS Priority Mail due to COVID 19. Only a few shipments have been affected, but some delays were extensive where 2-3 Day Priority packages have taken several weeks to arrive. As such, we are now offering UPS shipping as a checkout option in the hope that UPS is more consistent than the US Postal Service. Once a shipment leaves our warehouse delays are beyond our control. However, if you experience a delay you can email firstname.lastname@example.org or text 845-837-2875 and we'll monitor the progress of your shipment until it is delivered. We will update this advisory as circumstances change.
